Vandemoortele revamps its RISSO® range

Our revived RISSO® brand offers a broad range of high quality, added value, convenient and tasty solutions for contemporary chefs and this in a variety of applications:

  • RISSO® EVOLUTION & CUISINE for roasting without burning or spattering.
  • RISSO® LONGLIFE for deepfrying longer in the same oil with respect for your equipment.
  • RISSO® RESTAURANT for spreading, roasting and frying with one product.
  • RISSO® SAUCES & DRESSING for flavouring in a fresh and original way.

All products in the RISSO® range are from vegetable origin. They are developed to have a better and specific performance:

  • The frying oils have a more balanced fat composition, which results in less residues around the fryer and a better odor.
  • All semiliquids have a longer shelf life then solid fats or oils, and can be stored ambient or in the fridge, they will remain liquid and ready to use at any time.
  • On top of that, semiliquids are better for your health and the health of your customers because they are less absorbed by the finished product then oils.
  • We offer a range of basic, healthy and worldwide known dressings, emulsified and with a better stability on top of salads.
  • And a variety of specialty snack sauces to accompany any type of hot or cold dish.
