Top-student chosen to spend a full day with our CEO Jules Noten in March 2018

On Tuesday 6th February, the Odgers Berndtson Brussels partners selected the 5 finalists who will spend a day with 5 top-CEOs in Belgium in the next weeks.

At the firm’s office, the semi-finalists competed for this top honour in several exercises: creative personal introductions, case study in groups of 3 - with individual presentations to the Odgers Berndtson partners, speed interviews and a Hogan personality test. The Odgers Berndtson partners then had the (extremely) tough job of selecting the final five - the overall level was outstanding and congratulations to all who participated.

Selection process

This was the final step in a rigorous selection process that started last October when Odgers Berndtson in partnership with Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, invited Master-2 students to participate. All Odgers Berndtson partners - who specialize in recruitment at executive level - are highly impressed by the outstanding quality and the international profile of the chosen students.

Marin Vandamme will be the student who will spend a full day with our CEO Jules Noten on Wednesday 7th March 2018.
