The association of the 'Taste of the year' award values products according to a list of criteria. The nominated products are evaluated by a professional food service expert panel of 10 chefs, led by a Master Chef. The products are graded from 1 to 10 by the jury according to interest, flavour, practicality and general satisfaction.
