Message from the Chairman on the ordinary general assembly of shareholders of NV Vandemoortele held on May 12th at 3 PM:

By deviation from the proposal made by the board of directors on March 19th, 2020 to the general assembly, NV Safinco, the sole voting shareholder, due to the exceptional and uncertain situation created by the Covid-19 crisis, has decided to reduce the dividend pay-out from NV Vandemoortele to NV Safinco by one third, i.e. from 42,12 € per share ( total 22.889.145,24 euros ) to 27,61 € per share ( total 15.004.019,47 euros )
