Place the deepfrozen products on a baking tray provided with baking paper.

Let them thaw 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature. Bake the croissant in a preheated oven with lots of steam. The croissant can be baked in deepfrozen condition provided that the baking time is lengthened with 2 minutes. Best results are obtained when the croissants are thawed. Baking temperature: traditional oven: 200C-210C, hot air oven: 175C-180C. Baking time: 20 minutes. Baking time and baking temperature can vary according to the oven used.

DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
