How to make Focaccia vegetariana with vegetarian salad, quinoa and seasonal vegetables
Defrost the Focaccia Vegetariana and place it in a pre heated oven at 180°C - 190°C for 6 to 8 minutes.
Prepare a vegetarian salad with seasonal vegetables. Add a teaspoon of sunflower oil to the precooked quinoa.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar on the salad and season with sea salt. Serve the salad with crispy slices of Foccacia Vegetariana.
