Place the deep-frozen products into the baking moulds. You can bake directly or let thaw completely at room temperature during 1 hour or in the refrigerator overnight. Bake during 20 +/-3 min in a pre-heated convection oven at 180°C +/-10°C, damper open. For a more caramelized effect you can turn the products over after baking. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
