Italian Vegetarian Ciabatta
How to make Italian Vegetarian Ciabatta
Cut the Ciabatta down to size. Fill the Ciabatta with the tapenade and place the drained mediterranean vegetables on the top. Add some slices of tomatoe and garnish with a few basil leaves.
Season with a sprinkle of rosemary and fennel seeds over the vegetables. Toast the sandwich under the grill and serve it hot.
