How to make Ciabatta with Tzatziki or Tarama

Mix the yoghurt, Feta cheese, shredded cucumber and crushed garlic, and season with pepper to make the tzatziki.

Alternatively, you can prepare a tarama: mix potato, salmon roe, olive oil, garlic, lemon and season with a small amount of pepper.

Bake the ciabatta then cut into slices
