New product: ST-ALLERY® LIQUID, butter blend

Vandemoortele launches ST-ALLERY® LIQUID, a tasty butter blend in semi-liquid form.

This product comes in buckets of 5kg and is ready to use, straight from the bucket. This product makes the preparation of cake and soft dough easier. The semi-liquid form of the products enhances the processing of batters in semi-industrial equipment.  It also improves the crumb structure and shelf life of the end product. The texture, mouthfeel and visual appearance is similar to butter.

The product can be stored at ambient temperature and has a shelf life of 24 weeks.
