Defrost the soft bun.

Grill if desired.

Fry the beef burgers in the RISSO® EVOLUTION. Also fry the crispy bacon in the RISSO® EVOLUTION.

Next, prepare the burger. Start at the bottom with RISSO® CHEESY SAUCE.

Then put beef burger, Emmental cheese, crispy bacon on the bun.

Add a slice of onion, then the other beef burger, Emmental cheese and crispy bacon.

Finish with a few slices of tomato and lettuce leaves.

Now simply add the RISSO® BOURGY BURGER SAUCE and you're done
