How to make Puff pastry cake with fruit

Puff pastry fruit cake with pineapple and blue grapes

Divide the Danish Pastry Sheet in 24 pieces.

Preparation Puff pastry fruit cake with pineapple and blue grapes. Place on each piece a piece of marzipan for baking.

Fold the four corners to the center, then let the cakes rise and coat with egg.

Syringe with confectioner's cream and bake.

Garnish with fresh fruit (pineapple and blue grapes). Boil and cool the GOLD CUP® Apricolgel before covering the puff pastry cake with the GOLD CUP® Apricogel.

Puff Pastry fruit cake with melon and raspberry

Cut and fold the four corners to the center. Let the cakes rise and iron with egg.

Spray confectioner's cream and bake. Garnish with fresh fruit: melon and raspberries.

Boil and cool the GOLD CUP® Apricolgel before covering the pastry fruit cake with the GOLD CUP® Apricogel.

Make cuts and bring the two corners to the other side. Let the cakes rise and iron with egg.

Spray confectioner's cream and bake. Garnish with fresh fruit: peach and white grapes.

Boil and cool the GOLD CUP® Apricolgel before covering the pastry fruit cake with the GOLD CUP® Apricogel.
