Orange cake with Grand Marnier
How to make
Mix the ST ALLERY® Butter Blend with the icing sugar, almond powder and glucose.
Gradually add the eggs, milk and Grand Marnier. Then fold the sieved flour and baking powder into the mixture.
Add the candied orange peel and finely chopped pistachios.
Fill a cake tin and bake at 170°C for ± 60 minutes.
Soak the cake in glucose syrup flavoured with Grand Marnier.
Replace the almond powder by finely chopped hazelnuts.
