How to make Milk bread
GOLD CUP® PL 3 (1413)Mix all the ingredients together - with the exception of ST ALLERY® Lux and GOLD CUP® Saveur Gourmande Dough - until it begins to form a dough.
Gradually add the ST ALLERY® Lux and GOLD CUP® Saveur Gourmande Dough so that the dough easily can absorb the fat.
Knead to a smooth and elastic dough. Let it rest for 10 min. Hit the dough and let it again rest for 10 min.
Weigh pieces and prepare them. Let them loosen for 5min.
Make it long and lay them in forms that are greased with GOLD CUP® PL 3.
Give final proofing in the proving cabinet at 32°C, 85% RH. Bake in a moderate oven of ± 200 ° C for ± 45 minutes.
